“THAT’S NOT GROWTH”
In chapter two, Paul reminds this young church that “Christ is the fullness.” By faith, these Christians are united to Christ in life, death, resurrection, and glory. They have everything needed for GROWTH in godliness and into the likeness of Jesus. Now, Paul says of three things: “That’s not growth.”

It sparkles with line after line of good news, convincing saints and skeptics of the truth: Christ is all. The Lord Jesus is… sufficient and satisfying, worthy and working, faithful and fruitful to bring his church to “walk in a manner worthy of Him.”
